Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply whether a contract with Everydays Travel Limited is made verbally or in writing.
Quotations
Our quotations are based on the most direct route and the information you provide. We will choose the route unless you specify a particular one, which will be noted in the quotation. Quotations are subject to vehicle availability at the time of acceptance and are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
To confirm your booking, an agreed deposit is required once you receive our official quotation. Send this deposit along with your full hire requirements to our Email. Upon receipt, we will send you a confirmation of your hire. Verify the details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors or changes. Written confirmation from us is necessary for acceptance of the hire or any subsequent changes to its terms.
Unless specified otherwise, quotations cover only the coach and driver. Additional charges such as admission and parking fees are not included.
Price Guarantee
The quoted cost for coach hire is guaranteed provided that the payment schedule is followed and the original terms of the hire remain unchanged. However, we cannot guarantee prices from third-party suppliers, particularly those outside the UK, due to fluctuations in currency and levies. We will inform you in the booking confirmation if third-party suppliers are involved.
Payment of Balance
The balance for all hires must be paid at least 14 days before the departure date. For hires booked within 14 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment via bank transfer, cheque, cash, credit card, or banker’s draft. Cheques must be received at least 14 working days before departure to allow time for clearance.
Cancellation Fees
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us by phone and follow up with written confirmation. The cancellation charges are as follows:

Route or Time Variations
We may apply additional charges for extra mileage or extra waiting hours or time beyond what was agreed upon. These charges will reflect the actual costs incurred.
The vehicle will depart at the agreed times, and it is your responsibility to ensure all passengers are accounted for. We are not liable for any losses incurred by passengers who do not follow your instructions.
The agreed hours for the coach hire must be adhered to, except in cases of serious emergency or diversion, to comply with regulations on drivers’ hours and rest periods. The hire will not be allowed to exceed these regulated hours.
Seating Capacity
The seating capacity of the vehicle will be confirmed at the time of booking. The number of passengers should not exceed this capacity.
Vehicle to be Provided
While we strive to provide an Executive or Standard Luxury coach, these vehicles may occasionally be unavailable. In such cases, we will provide the highest standard vehicle available at the time, potentially from other operators. We reserve the right to supply a larger vehicle at no extra charge, unless additional seats are used, in which case a pro-rata charge will apply.
Breakdowns
We offer journey time estimates in good faith but cannot guarantee completion at a specific time. We are not liable for delays caused by breakdowns, traffic congestion, or other factors beyond our control.
Passenger's Property
Vehicles have restrictions on luggage for safety reasons. The driver has discretion over luggage storage and will generally accommodate one suitcase and one small piece of hand baggage per person. We are not liable for damage to or loss of passengers’ property left in the vehicle. Lost property will be held at the depot for three months before being destroyed.
Passenger Conduct
To ensure the comfort of all passengers, musical instruments, radios, and other audio devices may not be used without prior permission.
Carrying or consuming drugs, except those legally available over the counter or prescribed by a doctor, is strictly forbidden. Medical evidence may be required, especially when crossing borders.
The driver is responsible for vehicle safety. Passengers who breach regulations or behave abusively may be removed. You are responsible for your passengers’ conduct and any damage caused to the vehicle. We are not liable for damage or loss to passengers entering or leaving the coach while it is in motion.
Alcoholic drinks cannot be carried or consumed on the vehicle without our permission. It is illegal to carry or consume alcohol on coaches going to or from designated sporting events. Food and drink (except small confectionery) may not be consumed on the vehicle without prior agreement or the driver’s permission.
No animals (other than guide or hearing dogs with prior notice) are allowed on the vehicle without written consent. No bills, posters, or notices may be displayed on the vehicle without our prior written approval.
Currency & Passports
It is your responsibility to carry the correct currency for each country visited and to have a valid passport and appropriate visas.
Duty-Free
You must comply with current duty-free and duty-paid regulations. We are not responsible for delays or confiscation of goods. Duty-free regulations can be obtained from places of departure. The driver will decide on the amount of heavy goods the coach can legally carry, and this decision is final.
Travel Insurance
While travel insurance is not mandatory, we strongly recommend it, especially for travel outside the UK. Ensure you have adequate insurance and the correct travel documents.

Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint during the hire, notify the driver or our representative, who will attempt to resolve the issue. If unresolved, submit your complaint in writing within 14 days to:

Contract
The contract between us is defined by these terms and conditions and our written confirmation following your deposit. This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales, which have exclusive jurisdiction over this contract.
